Aashish is a Business leader & Brand strategist with 25 years of progressive leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies.
Having led high-level marketing strategy or some of the world's best-known brands like Vodafone, Idea, Chivas, and Parle, he has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand building for challenger brands in highly competitive sectors like Telecom, FMCG, Alcho-beverages, and Retail.
Aashish wears his experience lightly and believes that his journey has just begun, loving the change, the flux, and the new learnings he is acquiring as an entrepreneur.
He believes he has found his true calling at Pivot in helping startups and scale-up businesses to look at their challenges through the lens of marketing with a skin-in-the-game, long-term approach to help build the brands of tomorrow.
Outside of work, he enjoys sharing his perspectives as a Panelist and Jury member at several prestigious Marketing Awards.
An alumnus of Lady Shriram College, and a postgraduate in Fashion Technology from Pearl Academy, Swati brings over 15 years of category management experience in the Fashion Retail sector having worked with leading brands like Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, and Kalki Fashion. Among her many achievements, she played a key role in the launch of the first Big Bazaar in India and spearheaded the digital transformation of Kalki Fashion. Swati brings proven expertise in creative design, e-commerce, and user experience. At Pivot, she leads the Creative & UX team to deliver not only useful but aesthetically pleasing solutions for our clients.

Robin Thomas
Robin Thomas
Robin brings more than 20 years of experience in Marketing Strategy and Analytics. He has worked in various industry verticals like manufacturing, fashion, consulting, banking, and telecom throughout his career.
He has spearheaded projects on website development, content & inbound marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, and analytics for global companies like Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra, Fino Payments Bank, Microsoft, Intel, Citrix, and Vodafone.
Robin brings a unique integrated product and marketing approach to the table. He has helped reimagine the thinking on product and marketing in various large and small enterprises.
He is a Physics major and has post-graduate degrees in Management and Marketing Communications (Florida State University).
Outside of work, he likes to read and brush up on his programming skills.

Diem Le
Head - Strategy , North America
Diem’s background lies in Entrepreneurship, e-commerce and marketing. She bridges gaps and solves problems using creative tools while ensuring client’s business experiences strategic growth.
She graduated with her MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and holds and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from McMaster University.
Diem is known to be adaptive and goal-driven, showcasing a unique ability to switch gears and deliver results. She has a track record of fostering relationships and influencing others to execute strategy.
She is based in Canada and leads Strategy for our clients in North America.

Marvin Bishnoi
Head - Account Planning, North America
Marvin Bishnoi is a dynamic and driven professional with a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and a U.S. equivalent Doctor of Medicine degree from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.

With a background in medicine and an education in business, he brings a unique and valuable perspective to complex industries.
He empowers businesses with tools to support venture creation and solution development. He worked as a Funding Catalyst at Thin Air Labs, where he collaborated with high growth companies to unlock sources of non-dilutive capital. He also served as a Fellow at HaloHealth, an angel investment group comprised of over 230 physician-angels who have funded early-stage health technology startups.
Marvin has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked as a Quality Associate at D Y Patil Hospital, where he led a team of management trainees to identify and build a plan for operational improvement, and as a Medical Officer at Netbiz Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded preventive and wellness initiatives for employees
He is based in Canada and leads Account Planning for Pivot in North America.

Urmi S.
Head - Account Planning, Asia
Urmi is an MBA- Marketing from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, and B.E in Bio-Medical from Manipal Institute of Technology.
She specializes in Marketing Communication & Digital Media Strategy. She has over 11 years of total work experience, including stints with companies like Infosys, Idea Cellular & Natural Salons.
With her sharp mind and clarity of thought, Urmi creates the most effective and efficient digital marketing strategies and solutions for our clients.
She specializes in Social Media Content Planning & Media Strategy, PR, and Account management.
Urmi is based in India and leads Account Planning for Pivot across Asia

Karishma K.
Head - Strategy, Asia
Karishma has a Masters in Social Media from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management.
Her core expertise lies in Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy. She has over 12 years of experience which includes a stint in Strategic marketing at Godrej in the Haircare division as well as in the appliances business.
Besides, she also has experience spearheading marketing strategy for a non-profit organization, Marrow Donor Registry of India. She is adept at Account Planning, Digital Marketing, and Business Development.
She believes that social media is the most effective way of reaching audiences and creating brand engagement.
Karishma is based in India and leads Digital Strategy for our clients in Asia.
